A well designed website for a contemporary design gallery in Sydney — artist portfolios, a curated works catalogue, exhibition management, and a CRM to manage collectors and purchases.

Gallery Twenty Twenty represents some of the most significant names in contemporary and mid-century furniture design — Gaetano Pesce, Joris Laarman, Gio Ponti, Shiro Kuramata. The physical space in Alexandria is considered, minimal, and calibrated to let the work speak. A web presence befitting the gallery was needed.
The brief was clear from the first conversation: the site needed to feel like the gallery. That meant restraint in the design, precision in the typography, and images given the space to do the work.
We built the platform on Craft CMS, which gave the gallery team full editorial control without forcing them into rigid templates. Each artist has a portfolio page managed entirely by the gallery — biography, selected works, exhibition history, and upcoming availability. Works entries are rich content objects: multiple images, dimensions, provenance, edition information, and availability status, all manageable without developer involvement.
The site successfully launched to coincide with the gallery opening.
The CMS has given the gallery full independence. New works, new artists, exhibition updates — all managed in-house without needing a developer involved.
