Red Kinetic has been building web software since 2003. These days that means custom web applications: the quoting, ordering, stock, scheduling and reporting systems that sit behind a business and save hours every week.
I work with a few clients at a time, mostly owner-run businesses with 10 to 50 staff. You deal with me from the first conversation to launch and beyond. There's no account manager and no offshore team, and I'm a short walk from most of Fremantle if you'd rather talk in person.

Where is your office in Fremantle?
Level 1 of the Manning Buildings, 135 High Street, on the High Street mall in the centre of Fremantle. It's a few minutes' walk from Fremantle station, Kings Square and the West End.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. I'm happy to meet at your workplace, at my office or over coffee in Fremantle. Seeing how your business runs day to day is often the quickest way to work out what to build. Video calls work well too if that suits you better.
Which areas do you cover?
I work with businesses across Fremantle, North Fremantle, East Fremantle, South Fremantle, Beaconsfield, White Gum Valley, Hilton, Bicton, O'Connor, Spearwood, Cockburn and Melville, and across the rest of Perth. I also work remotely with clients elsewhere in Australia.
Do you build websites, or just web apps?
Both, but my focus is web applications: the software that runs your business, like quoting, stock, scheduling and portals. When a website is part of the picture I build it in Craft CMS or plain code and connect it to those systems, for example listing stock or taking bookings.
How much does web development cost?
Smaller applications start from $5,000. Large business systems range from $15,000 to $50,000+. After a free first meeting I'll give you a fixed quote for the agreed scope, so there are no surprises. Ongoing hosting, support and improvements are available on a monthly plan.
How long does a project take?
A focused tool, like a quote calculator or a simple customer portal, usually takes 3 to 6 weeks. Larger systems take 3 months or so, delivered in stages so you can start using the most important parts within the first few weeks. I also offer a sprint week option to build a working prototype within a week.
Do you use overseas developers?
No. I design and build everything myself here in Fremantle. You deal with the person writing the code, your data stays in Australia, and I'm in the same time zone when you need help.
